RETAINERS
One half of the charter price is due at the time of booking as a retain.  Charters cancelled before 48 hours of the scheduled departured will be granted a refund of the retainer, but charged a $100 cancellation fee.  Those cancelling a charter with 48 hours of the scheduled departure will not be granted a refund.

IDENTIFICATION
Clients must have a valid picture id and your credit card available at the beginning of the charter so that the chauffeur can verify all contract information.

SMOKING
All of our vehicles are non-smoking. If smoking occurs in a non-smoking vehicle the charter will be terminated and no-refund will be issued. A $300 fee will be assessed for each cigarette burn.

MOTION SICKNESS
There is a $200.00 clean up fee for motion sickness plus any additional cost due to loss of business.

DRINK SPILLS
There is a $75.00 clean up fee for all drink spills.

GLASSES & DECANTERS
$10.00 fee for each broken or missing glass.
$70.00 fee for each broken or missing decanter.

DAMAGES
Client will be charged for any damages that are caused by patrons that occupy the limousine during the contractual time scheduled. Client will also be charged nominal fees for loss of business during damage repair time.

COVERAGE
If charter runs over the scheduled end time, additional charges will be assessed in hour increments with payment due at the beginning of each additional hour. If you feel that your charter might go over please notify your chauffeur as soon as possible. This will allow the driver to determine if additional time can be accommodated, in relation to previously scheduled charters. The chance of making favorable accommodations will increase the earlier you make your chauffeur aware.

PERSONAL ITEMS
LIMO 1, LLC. is not responsible for any articles left in the vehicle. Be sure to double-check the vehicle at the end of your charter.

CHAUFFEURS DISCRETON
The charter may be cancelled at any time, at the chauffeur’s discretion, in the event that client and guest become unruly or belligerent.

RETAINERS
The charter may be cancelled at any time if one or more terms and conditions of this contract are breached. No refunds will be given for any charter that is terminated for any of the previously mentioned reasons.

ALCOHOL
LIMO 1 LLC, by law, is not permitted to provide any alcoholic beverages.  However clients, over the legal drinking age, are permitted to bring their own alcoholic beverages for consumption.  No alcohol will be consumed by any passengers under the legal age of 21. If this does occur, the charter will be terminated immediately and no refund will be given.
